These Rental Terms govern direct rentals of THE PERFECT GETAWAY's 1985 Skyline Nomad. A planning request is not a reservation. The owner reviews each request and confirms an approved reservation in writing.
The Nomad has 1 bedroom, 2 beds, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Pets are allowed with no pet fee. Bedding/linens, towels, cookware/utensils, outdoor chairs, fresh-water setup, electrical hookup/setup where available, and propane are included. A generator is optional and is not included unless the owner confirms it in writing.
After the owner approves a request and states the total rental price, the guest pays a 50% deposit to reserve the booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival. For a booking confirmed fewer than 14 days before arrival, the remaining balance is due upon confirmation. The owner provides payment instructions directly. This website does not process payments. Written confirmation states dates, rental price, approved case-by-case delivery price, payment schedule, and cancellation policy. A reservation is confirmed only when the owner sends written confirmation and the required deposit is paid.
The guest books and pays the campground separately. Before the rental is confirmed, the campsite reservation, permission for trailer placement and overnight occupancy, electric/water/sewer-or-dump availability, and safe delivery and pickup access must be confirmed. The guest follows campground rules. Delivery is quoted individually; the owner provides the final price in writing before confirmation. Mileage, if shown, is informational and does not set the delivery price.
No separate security or damage deposit is collected at launch. The guest remains responsible for documented damage caused by the guest or their party, beyond ordinary wear. Any damage claim identifies the damage, provides supporting documentation, and states the amount requested. No automatic or undocumented damage charge is made.
