Yes. You reserve and pay the campground directly. A confirmed campsite, legal trailer placement and overnight occupancy, hookup disclosures, and safe delivery/pickup access are required before the owner accepts the rental. Availability is not guaranteed.

Delivery quotes are case-by-case. Mileage may be calculated or displayed for reference only; it does not set the fee. The owner approves and confirms the final delivery price in writing before booking.

The Nomad has one bedroom, two beds, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. Included: bedding/linens, towels, cookware/utensils, outdoor chairs, fresh-water setup, electrical hookup/setup where available, and propane. A generator is optional only. Maximum 4 guests; pets are allowed with no pet fee. Site and trailer compatibility must be confirmed before booking.

No. After approval, a 50% deposit reserves the booking; the remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival, or on confirmation if the booking is confirmed fewer than 14 days ahead.
