THE PERFECT GETAWAY collects information submitted through the planning form: name, email, phone, requested dates, guest/pet counts, destination and campsite details, hookup/reservation information, selected extras, and optional notes. Do not submit payment-card information or sensitive personal information in notes. The information is used to review and respond to the request and arrange a direct rental if the owner approves it.
The website is self-hosted on the business's InterServer account. The form sends data to the site's PHP request handler, which emails it to contact@theperfectgetaway2.com over authenticated SMTP. The customer's email is used as Reply-To. If email delivery is temporarily unavailable, the handler accepts the request only after saving it to a permission-restricted retry file outside the public web root. A scheduled PHP task retries queued messages and deletes each queue file after successful delivery; undelivered queue files are purged no later than 30 days after submission. The handler does not log full form submissions. The site has no visitor accounts, customer database/CRM, online payment processing, or third-party analytics.
Request information, including owner-mailbox copies and accessible backups, is retained for no more than 30 days and then deleted. Mailbox and backup retention are configured to meet this limit.
