This policy applies to direct reservations with THE PERFECT GETAWAY. A request is not a reservation. Cancellation notice must be emailed to contact@theperfectgetaway2.com; the notice date received determines the number of days before arrival.
14 or more days before arrival: full refund of all rental payments received, including the deposit. 7 through 13 days before arrival: refund 50% of all rental payments received. Fewer than 7 days before arrival, after arrival, or a no-show: no refund of rental payments.
If THE PERFECT GETAWAY cancels and cannot provide the rental, all rental payments received are refunded. Campground charges are paid separately by the guest and follow the campground's own cancellation policy; the guest contacts the campground directly.
